If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other secure payment methods as shown at checkout. We take care to ensure that prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we find an error in the price of your order, we will contact you to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. NoviMeave is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors such as customs, weather, or strikes.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
