At NoviMeave, we want every woman to feel deadly in what she orders. We know that sometimes things don't work out, and that's absolutely grand. We're happy to help with returns and refunds under the conditions below.
By purchasing from NoviMeave, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Please note that intimate items such as underwear or swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Sure, we hope you'll understand.
2. How to Return an Item
Returning something is no bother at all. Just follow these steps:
Contact us via email at [email coming soon] to let us know you'd like to make a return. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a return authorisation along with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to process it on their end, but we'll get our side sorted as quick as we can.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you're after. Easy as.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives faulty or not as ordered, we're fierce sorry and we'll make it right. Contact us straight away at [email coming soon] with your order number and details of the issue. We'll arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost to you. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
6. Sale and Discounted Items
Items bought during a sale or with a discount follow the same return conditions as above, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Grand bargains still need to come back in perfect condition.
7. Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order and request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, as long as the items have not been worn, washed, or altered. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow the return process outlined above.
