At NoviMeave, we want your order to land at your door as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We work with trusted couriers to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time. Sure, we know the excitement of waiting for a new outfit, so we do our best to keep things moving.

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-10 business days for European countries and 10-15 business days for other international locations.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or special promotions. We'll always do our best to keep you in the loop.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll be able to see the full cost before completing your purchase, no surprises.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. Additional charges apply for Express and International Shipping.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Irish public holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. International Shipping
We're delighted to ship internationally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by NoviMeave. Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs office.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the courier system.
6. Incorrect or Missing Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot an error straight away, contact us as soon as possible at [email coming soon] and we'll do our best to sort it.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses. We are also unable to ship to certain remote areas. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, we'll get in touch with alternative options.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
